2005 Bmw X5 Bluetooth Pairing. But it cant pairing without askin. I have a 2007 x5 and the bluetooth is run through the i drive. Generally pairing a phone to your car will allow you to make handsfree calls. Have tried everything including hard reboots of car and phone resetting all settings on the iPhone etc.
In many models you can also play music through a paired device over the Bluetooth connection too. I have a 2005 X5 that my iPhone finds a BMW 12176 BT device when I turn BT On on my iPhone while in the car but I dont have the correct PIN to pair it with. The car does not have I-Drive.
