Gearbox Fault Jaguar S Type 2001. If I turned off the engine the message would go away for a while then return as the engine warmed up. Jaguar dealer diagnosis shows code P0795. Gear box fault light came on at first a couple of weeks ago but hasnt come back on since. Jaguar S Type March 2000 94000 miles started showing warning sign gearbox fault intermittently.

Ive got a 2000 X-reg Jaguar S-Type 30 Auto SE which has developed a gearbox fault - cannot select 4th or 5th gear. Removal of the Automatic J-Gate Floor Shifter due to a Gearbox Fault error code on start up.
